PURE LOYALTY PROGRAM - This program is exactly as it sounds, a reward program for you for showing your loyalty to us. earn points for every dollar you spend at Pure Skin Clinic and we will reward you with FREE treatments.
MOBILE PHONES – We aim to provide you with a calm, tranquil environment and so we ask that you set your mobile phone to silent mode when in the clinic.
CHILDREN – Whilst we love children, a clinic can be a dangerous place for inquisitive little ones so we ask that for their safety and the consideration of all clients that you make alternative arrangements for your children during your appointment where possible.
RUNNING LATE – We don't like to keep our clients waiting so if you are running late though we will endeavour to complete as much of your treatment as possible we will have to conclude at the allotted time if another client is scheduled immediately after you.
CANCELLATIONS AND APPOINTMENT CHANGES – NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ENORMOUSLY DISADVANTAGE OUR BUSINESS
Pure Skin Clinic have a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal in further educating them. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate the introduction of our new Booking and Cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings with a $50 cap.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot.
This Booking Policy will take effect as of September 8th 2014 for EXISTING CLIENTS and immediately for all NEW Clients..
